PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium) is a small molecule (once thought to be a vitamin) that mainly aids mitochondrial health. It does this via its actions as a REDOX agent; meaning it is capable of reducing oxidants and then being recycled by glutathione back into an active form again and again. It is thus considered to be a strong antioxidant and neuroprotective agent.

No discernable effect other than that it prevents muscle growth due to boosting AMPK. Dont use if you are trying to build muscle.

I have used Pqq before, as I read it was good for people with MS. I have to say it did make quite a difference in how I felt. I stopped using it before because it was so expensive but I was very happy to find it on Optmz for such a reasonable price. I'm happy to be back on it again.

Game changer!!!

This is such a powerful little chemical it is no wonder you see it in almost all of the greatest nootropic stacks. It must just make everything else come together. I can literally feel the difference if i exclude it from my morning stack. The science behind this will also blow your mind. A life changer

No doubt this has changed my life. It took a good week or so to start noticing the effects. I didn't feel much when I started, but after around 2 weeks I could feel something that can only be described as clean. A clear mind, without brain fog, and simply a clean and clear mind and feeling. I add Bioperine and CoQ10 with PQQ to increase absorption. As far as I'm concerned, this works like magic. And one uses so little that it lasts a while.
