When and how to use mechanic?
The best time to use Mechanic is either before or during your workouts. It is unflavored and thus can be added to any pre-workout or intra-workout supplements such as Spellbound or Moonwalk.
On non-training days Mechanic can be taken any time of the day.
It is advisable to use Mechanic daily for 8 weeks before taking 10-14 days off. It is important to consume between 2 and 3.5L of water daily when supplementing with Mechanic. There is no scoop in this product and the daily serving size is 1 rounded/heaped teaspoon (6.55g).
Mechanic is unflavored and has a naturally stale/bitter taste and may alter the taste of any products it is added to when being consumed.
