PHENONEMAL Crede Black Cumin Oil Softgels

These Crede Black Cumin Oil Softgels help reduce inflammation in my body. I tangibly see this when I take them. I suffer from 'swollen ankles' - this indicates that my body is fighting inflammation. I take these soft gels for 2 days and my ankles are back to normal!

Excellent health and mood supplement

Black Seed Oil has been absolutely life changing for me. I started taking this about six months ago to help with debilitating joint pain in my ankles and feet. Within 2 - 3 weeks my pain was substantially reduced. Now, six months later, its completely gone. When I cycled off the Black Seed Oil my pain returned, when I then resumed dosing the pain disapeared again. I am thus very confident that the Black Seed Oil is responsible for the reduction in pain. The positive impact is not simply anti-inflammatory, there is also an excellent mood boosting effect with improved motivation, energy and better sleep. I dose 3 or 4 capsules every evening after dinner. I have found it has also greatly reduced my nightime snacking and binging and helped with carb cravings. It has helped greatly with weightloss. A really exceptional supplement that I highly recommend!
