How are orders packaged?

All of the orders are packed securely and discreetly, in bubble wrap, inside a cardboard box or padded enveloped 

-Packaging is dependent on order quantity

How long will my order take to deliver?

Delivery times depending on the shipping method you chose at the time of delivery.All orders are sent out via Door-to-Door couriers and rates are based on your location,


For Local Orders -

Economy Shipping | Door-to-Door | 1-3 Working Days
Priority Shipping | Door-to-Door | 1-2 Working Days
Overnight Express | Orders Placed by 2pm | Working Days Only

For National Orders -
Economy Shipping | Door-to-Door | 2-3 Working Days
Priority Shipping | Door-to-Door | 1-2 Working Days
Outlying Areas | Door-to-Door | 2-5 Working days
Overnight Express | Orders Placed by 2pm | Working Days Only 

When can I pick up my order?

Collection details are sent with your order confirmation.

Our office hours are as follow:

Monday-Thursday : 8am-5pm

Friday : 8am-3pm

Closed Weekends & Public Holidays

I added the wrong address on the shipping details. What do I do now?

If you have added the wrong delivery address or made a mistake on the shipping form, please notify us soon as possible. Send an email to info@optmz.co.za. If we receive the notification before the order has been dispatched, we will be able to make the correction. If, however, your order has already been dispatched, you would have to contact the Courier Company directly to notify them of the error. This information can be found on the shipping confirmation.


I placed my order but forgot an item. Can I add it to my current order?

Unfortunately no.

Our warehouse management system works with strict rules and procedures to ensure a streamlined delivery of all orders. If you forgot an item on your order, you would have to place a another order separately which then will be treated as a unique order.

I received the wrong order. What now?

Please email info@optmz.co.za with your order number or product as soon as possible. One of our professionals will be in contact with you.
